Tooth I can confirm that the DLC seems to be working
just fine. I have not finished it completely but I have put in about
an hour and half's worth with no issues.
This is what I did:
1. Installed Legacy via the .exe
2. Downloaded 1st activator from your above post. (download below)
3. Put the two files from the activator into the "addins" folder of the DA2 directory
4. Ran the .bat file and let it do its thing
5. Opened the "manifest.xml" file within the da2_prc_drk folder and changed the values
MID to "220" and RequiresAuthorization to "0"
6. Applied the 1.03 crack again
7. Launched game, got the quest logged into my journal, initiated the quest and played

- install the high resolution add on

Hi and thanks again tooth, there is absolutely no problem with the DLCs now, And thx to vziera steps i reinstall the game according to this order and it works fine.THANK YOU!!

To everyone trying to get Mark of the Assassin DLC to work, here's a solution I found. I've only discovered this now because I have not been trying to play DA2, hence I didn't bother to get it to work until now.
I'm not sure if it actually works, have not seen it in-game. In the 'Downloadable Content' list on main menu, the (*) icon signifying that the DLC is un-authorized is NOW GONE. Meaning, [b]although I cannot confirm, it most probably works now because it appears to be authorized.

1. Go to your \Dragon Age 2\addins\da2_prc_eye folder, where MotA is installed on your computer.
2. Open manifest.xml file with a text editor (notepad).
3. Find this: MID="222" and RequiresAuthorization="1", make them into MID="220" andRequiresAuthorization="0". Use Ctrl+F search function to find them easily.
4. Save and exit/click close and have it save.

So what I did is, edit manifest.xml, made it not require authorization and changed the MID value from 222 to 220. Before the MID change, the DLC wasn't authorizing for me, unlike all my other DLCs. Now, it authorizes. Changing the MID number might work for other DLCs as well, I cannot confirm because I have not tried it ever.
